Your Xbox One controller can be easily connected to your PC using a wired micro-USB to USB connection. The IP address can be obtained by going to Settings -> Network -> Advanced Settings on your console. If it doesn’t show up, just enter your console’s IP address to manually search for the device and add it.
Now, your Xbox One will be listed in the available devices for connection. Open the Xbox app on your Windows 10 PC and in order to add your Xbox One, click the Connection icon just above the Gear icon in the Xbox app.
